
August 27, 2026, Toronto, Canada and Santiago, Chile: Pulsenics, a Canadian developer of electrochemical diagnostic technologies, today announced a partnership with Kendel to launch a performance diagnostics program built for Chile's industrial electrochemical market. Kendel, based in Santiago, will represent Pulsenics in Chile and provide local technical leadership for the program.
Through the program, operators will gain visibility into the health of their electrochemical assets across the full operational life of those systems, helping them reduce unplanned downtime and scale with greater confidence. The program supports green hydrogen, battery energy storage systems (BESS), water and wastewater management, brine recovery and mineral processing.

Chile leads South America in the adoption of electrochemical systems. Its lithium sector relies on industrial electrochemistry to extract valuable minerals from brine, and the country now generates nearly 62% of its electricity from renewable sources, drawing on vast solar potential in the north and wind potential in the south. BESS projects are on the rise, and more than 70 green hydrogen projects have been announced. Pulsenics' Pulse Probes, built on electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), deliver rapid, non-destructive insight into asset health, so operators can identify performance loss early enough to act on it.
