• Provide high-level technical support to customers, addressing their queries and issues regarding product application, installation, and usage.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our products.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the engineering team to drive product improvements and innovations.
• Assist the sales team in technical presentations and provide them with necessary product knowledge to enhance sales strategies.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues in collaboration with the R&D team.
• Manage and oversee application-related projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about market trends and technological advancements in the electrical and electrochemical domain to keep our products competitive.
• Experience in Electrochemistry, Material Science or any other related field.
• Experience in Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) Analysis.
• MSc in Electrochemistry, Battery Engineering, or Material Science preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently if required.
